Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: Dash of red pepper flakes for heat

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and garlic until smooth.
  3. Stir in the chopped artichoke hearts and thawed spinach until well mixed.
  4. Add the mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix until fully combined.
  5. Spread the mixture into a baking dish and sprinkle a bit more mozzarella on top if desired.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Avoid overmixing to keep some chunks of artichoke for added texture. For extra flavor, add fresh herbs like basil or dill.
