Description
A refreshing blend of lemon, cucumber, strawberries, and mint to elevate plain water into a beautiful and hydrating drink.
Ingredients

- 2 liters (about 8 1/2 cups) filtered water, chilled
- 1 medium lemon, thinly sliced
- 1/2 large cucumber, thinly sliced (or 1 small cucumber)
- 6–8 medium strawberries, hulled and thinly sliced
- 10–12 fresh mint leaves, gently torn
- Sparkling water (optional)
- 1–2 thin lime slices (optional)
- 1 tsp grated fresh ginger (optional)
- 1–2 teaspoons honey or agave (optional)
- Basil or rosemary (optional)
Instructions
- Wash all fruit and herbs thoroughly. Thinly slice the lemon, cucumber, and strawberries. Gently tear the mint leaves to release aroma.
- Add the lemon slices, cucumber slices, and strawberry slices to a clean glass pitcher. Tuck the mint leaves in between fruit layers.
- Pour chilled filtered water over the fruit and herbs in the pitcher.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight for stronger flavor.
- Gently stir before pouring over ice and garnish with extra mint or a lemon wheel if desired.
Notes
Best within the first 24–48 hours for optimal flavor. Do not leave the infused pitcher at room temperature for longer than 2 hours.
