Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, whisk together eggs, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, and milk until smooth.
- Stir the wet ingredients into the dry mixture until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
- Gently fold in the chopped apples.
- Pour half of the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- In a small bowl, mix the brown sugar and cinnamon for the topping, then sprinkle half over the batter.
- Add the remaining batter on top and sprinkle the rest of the cinnamon sugar mixture.
- Use a knife or skewer to swirl the batter gently to create a marbled effect.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Once cooled, mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla together for the glaze, then drizzle it over the bread.
