- 3 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup banana cream pudding mix
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sliced bananas (optional)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.
- Add the mini marshmallows and stir until completely melted.
- In a separate bowl, combine the banana cream pudding mix and milk, whisking until smooth.
- Once the marshmallow mixture is smooth, remove from heat and stir in the pudding mixture and vanilla extract.
- Gradually mix in the Rice Krispies cereal, stirring until evenly coated.
- If using, gently fold in sliced bananas.
- Spread the mixture into a greased pan and press down firmly.
- Allow to cool at room temperature before cutting into squares. Enjoy your tasty twist on a classic treat!
Notes
