Ingredients
Scale
- 1 (6.5 oz / ~184 g) Alouette cheese with herbs OR Boursin (Garlic & Fine Herbs), softened
- 1/2 cup tomatoes, finely chopped (about 90 g), preferably Roma or ripe cherry tomatoes, seeded
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped (loosely packed)
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinaigrette glaze or reduction
- Pita chips, crackers, or thinly sliced baguette, for serving
Instructions
- Let the soft cheese sit for 10–15 minutes to soften.
- Spread the soft cheese evenly over the center of a large plate, leaving a clean edge.
- Sprinkle and gently spread the chopped tomatoes over the cheese.
- Scatter chopped fresh basil evenly across the tomatoes.
- Drizzle balsamic glaze over the whole plate, starting with 2 tablespoons.
- Arrange pita chips, crackers, or thin baguette slices around the platter for serving.
Notes
