Description

This Bruschetta Dip captures the essence of classic Italian bruschetta in a warm, creamy spread that’s perfect for gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 (6.5 oz) Alouette cheese with herbs
  • ½ cup tomatoes, chopped
  • ¼ cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinaigrette glaze or reduction
  • Pita chips, crackers, or thinly sliced baguette for serving

Instructions

  1. Spread the soft cheese evenly over the center of a large plate or small platter, leaving about a ¼ inch clean around the edge.
  2. Evenly sprinkle and spread the chopped tomatoes over the cheese.
  3. Generously scatter the fresh basil on top.
  4. Drizzle the balsamic glaze back and forth over the arrangement.
  5. Serve with pita chips, crackers, or spread on thin slices of baguette.

Notes

Best consumed immediately, but can remain out for about 2 hours during gatherings. Store leftovers tightly covered in the fridge for up to 3 days.
