- ½ cup tomatoes, chopped
- ¼ cup fresh basil, chopped
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinaigrette glaze or reduction
- Pita chips, crackers, or thinly sliced baguette for serving
Instructions
- Spread the soft cheese evenly over the center of a large plate or small platter, leaving about a ¼ inch clean around the edge.
- Evenly sprinkle and spread the chopped tomatoes over the cheese.
- Generously scatter the fresh basil on top.
- Drizzle the balsamic glaze back and forth over the arrangement.
- Serve with pita chips, crackers, or spread on thin slices of baguette.
