  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs

  • 2 cups peeled and diced apples
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ cup caramel sauce
  • Whipped cream (optional for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9 inch baking pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until well-mixed. Press the mixture into the bottom of the baking pan to form a firm crust.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat together the cream cheese and brown sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, ensuring to mix well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Gently fold in the diced apples and cinnamon until evenly distributed.
  5. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust in the baking pan. Drizzle the caramel sauce over the top, using a knife to swirl it through the mixture.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the center is set and the edges are lightly browned.
  7. Allow the bars to cool completely before cutting into squares. Serve with whipped cream if desired.
