- 2 large diced chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup creamy garlic sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine chicken, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and salt and pepper. Mix well.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat, add the seasoned chicken, and cook for 6-8 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Let cool slightly.
- Lay out the tortillas and spread creamy garlic sauce over each. Distribute the cooked chicken, then sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella cheese over the top.
- Fold the tortillas over the filling to create wraps.
- Grill the wraps in the same pan for 2-3 minutes on each side until the cheese melts and the tortillas are golden and crispy.
- Cut each wrap in half, garnish with parsley if desired, and serve immediately.
Notes
For extra crispiness, heat a little oil in the pan before grilling the wraps. Ensure chicken is cooked through for food safety.
