- 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded)
- 1/2 cup garlic aioli
- 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 4 large tortillas
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Ensure your chicken is cooked and shredded. Preheat your skillet over medium heat.
- In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, garlic aioli, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix well until the chicken is evenly coated.
- Lay out a tortilla, place a generous portion of the chicken mixture in the center, and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla inwards then roll it tightly from the bottom to the top. Place seam-side down in your preheated skillet.
- Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side until the tortilla is golden brown and the cheese has melted.
- Remove from the skillet and let cool for a minute before slicing in half to reveal the oozy goodness inside.
Notes
Best served warm with a crisp salad or sweet potato fries. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
