Description

Quick and portable Chicken Caesar Wraps, filled with tender chicken, crisp romaine, and creamy Caesar dressing.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or chopped (about 280300 g)
  • 4 large flour tortillas or wraps
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped (about 23 hearts)
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing (about 120 ml)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (about 50 g)
  • 1/4 cup croutons (about 30 g), optional
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. If using leftover or rotisserie chicken, shred or chop into bite-sized pieces. If cooking fresh, season chicken breasts with salt and pepper and pan-sear over medium-high heat for 5–6 minutes per side until cooked through. Let rest, then slice or shred.
  2. Warm tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat or wrap in foil and warm in a 350°F (175°C) oven for 5–8 minutes.
  3. In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken, Caesar dressing, and grated Parmesan. Fold gently to maintain chicken texture.
  4. Toss the chopped romaine with the chicken mixture, then gently fold in croutons if using.
  5. Lay a warm tortilla flat, spoon about a quarter of the filling into the center, fold edges in, and roll tightly.
  6. For a crisp exterior, toast the assembled wrap seam-side down in a skillet for 1–2 minutes per side until golden.
  7. Slice each wrap in half and garnish with freshly ground black pepper and extra Parmesan if desired.

Notes

Warm tortillas for easier rolling. Use rotisserie chicken for quicker assembly.
