- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder

- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, mix the melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until well combined.
- Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and ground cinnamon.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined. Avoid overmixing to keep the blondies soft.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
- Mix the remaining 1/4 cup of granulated sugar with a bit of cinnamon, and sprinkle on top of the batter before baking.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before cutting into squares and serving.
