Description
Delicious chocolate cake pops infused with cookies-and-cream flavor, coated in chocolate and decorated with Oreo pieces.
Ingredients

- 1 box chocolate cake mix (plus eggs, oil, and water as per package instructions)
- 1/2 cup cookies and cream frosting
- 1 cup crushed Oreo cookies
- 8 oz chocolate coating (candy melts or chocolate chips)
- 20 lollipop sticks
- Optional: Sprinkles or extra crushed cookies for decorating
Instructions
- Preheat and bake the chocolate cake according to package instructions. Let the cake cool completely on a wire rack.
- Crumble the cooled cake into a large bowl until there are no large chunks.
- Mix in the frosting and crushed Oreo cookies until combined; avoid overmixing.
- Roll the mixture into small, uniform balls (about 1 to 1.25 inches in diameter) and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Dip the tip of each lollipop stick into the melted coating, then insert stick into each ball halfway.
- Chill in the freezer for about 30 minutes to firm up.
- Melt the chocolate coating according to package instructions.
- Dip each chilled cake pop into the melted coating and tap off excess.
- Add decorations if desired before the coating sets, then place upright to fully set.
- Serve or store as indicated.
Notes
For a vegan version, use dairy-free frosting and a vegan cake mix. For gluten-free, replace cake mix and cookies with gluten-free alternatives.
