- 1 can crescent roll dough (8-count)
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
- Optional: chopped pecans or orange zest for topping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease or line a mini muffin tin lightly.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Unroll the crescent dough, cut each triangle in half to make 16 triangles.
- Press each small triangle into a mini muffin cup.
- Spoon about 1 teaspoon of cream cheese filling into each cup.
- Top with cranberry sauce and sprinkle with optional toppings.
- Bake for 11–13 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool in the tin for 2–3 minutes before serving.
Notes
Refrigerate leftovers for up to 3–4 days. They can also be frozen for up to 2 months.
