Description

Soft, flaky crescent pastries filled with a luscious cream cheese mixture and sweet-tart cranberry sauce, perfect for any gathering.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can crescent roll dough (8-count)
  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup whole berry cranberry sauce
  • Optional: Chopped pecans or orange zest for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease or line a mini muffin tin with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  3. Open the crescent roll dough and cut each triangle in half, creating smaller triangles.
  4. Press a triangle into each muffin cup until it covers the base and sides.
  5. Drop 1 teaspoon of cream cheese filling into each pastry-lined cup, followed by 1 teaspoon of cranberry sauce.
  6. If desired, sprinkle chopped pecans or orange zest on top for an added crunch or zing.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 11-13 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let them cool slightly before serving to allow the flavors to meld beautifully.

Notes

Ensure cream cheese is softened for easy mixing. Store in an airtight container for up to 2 days at room temperature or up to 4 days in the refrigerator.
