- 8 ounces crumbled feta cheese
- 4 ounces softened cream cheese
- 1/2 cup fresh cranberries (or 1/2 cup cranberry sauce)
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
- Assorted crackers or sliced bread (for serving)
Instructions
- Bring the cream cheese to room temperature to soften.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the crumbled feta and softened cream cheese. Beat until smooth.
- Gradually add cranberries (or cranberry sauce), honey, lemon juice, black pepper, and garlic powder. Mix until creamy.
- Taste and adjust sweetness or acidity with more honey or lemon juice as needed.
- Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with chopped parsley.
- Serve immediately or chill for up to 2 hours before serving.
Notes
For a dairy-free/vegan version, substitute the feta and cream cheese with a blend of silken tofu and vegan feta, using agave in place of honey.
