Description
Delightful, bite-sized churros made easily in an air fryer, perfectly coated with cinnamon sugar for a sweet treat.
Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup sugar (for coating)
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine water, butter, sugar, and salt. Bring to a boil.
- Stir in flour until the mixture forms a ball. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
- Beat in eggs, one at a time, until smooth.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Use a piping bag to pipe small bites onto a parchment-lined basket.
- Spray with cooking spray and air fry for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
- In a bowl, mix cinnamon and sugar. Roll churro bites in the mixture while warm.
- Serve and enjoy!
Notes
For extra crunch, consider drizzling with honey or caramel. Experiment with different toppings.
