Description

Delightful, bite-sized churros made easily in an air fryer, perfectly coated with cinnamon sugar for a sweet treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup sugar (for coating)
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine water, butter, sugar, and salt. Bring to a boil.
  2. Stir in flour until the mixture forms a ball. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
  3. Beat in eggs, one at a time, until smooth.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  5. Use a piping bag to pipe small bites onto a parchment-lined basket.
  6. Spray with cooking spray and air fry for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
  7. In a bowl, mix cinnamon and sugar. Roll churro bites in the mixture while warm.
  8. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

For extra crunch, consider drizzling with honey or caramel. Experiment with different toppings.
