Description

- 64 fl oz Blue Hawaiian Punch (or any blue fruit punch)
- 2 liters Sprite (or lemon-lime soda) — chilled
- 2 cups pineapple juice — chilled
- 1 quart vanilla ice cream (about 8 large scoops) — slightly firm, not rock-hard
Instructions
- Chill the Sprite and pineapple juice thoroughly. Keep the Hawaiian Punch cool but not frozen. If desired, chill glasses in the freezer for 10–15 minutes.
- In a large punch bowl or pitcher, combine the Blue Hawaiian Punch, chilled Sprite, and chilled pineapple juice. Stir gently to combine and adjust flavors as needed.
- Add 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream per serving directly to the punch bowl or to individual glasses, then ladle the punch over the ice cream.
- Serve immediately with long spoons or straws and optional garnishes.
