- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add to the wet mixture until just combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips evenly.
- Drop rounded tablespoonfuls onto prepared baking sheets, spacing about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, until edges are set but centers are still glossy.
- Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to wire racks.
Notes
