Description

A creamy, tangy dip made with chopped pickles and fresh dill that is perfect for game nights and casual gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup Grillo’s Pickles (chopped)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill (chopped)
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon cracked black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons toasted breadcrumbs (optional)

Instructions

  1. Let the cream cheese sit at room temperature until softened (about 20–30 minutes) so it blends smoothly.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix sour cream, softened cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and cracked black pepper until the mixture is smooth and homogeneous.
  3. Fold in chopped Grillo’s pickles and the chopped fresh dill until evenly combined. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
  4. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and chill for at least 30 minutes.
  5. If using, top with toasted breadcrumbs or crushed chips just before serving.
  6. Serve with potato chips, pretzels, crusty bread, or vegetables.

Notes

For extra tang, add 1–2 teaspoons of pickle juice. For a smoky note, stir in ½ teaspoon smoked paprika. Use light cream cheese and low-fat sour cream to reduce calories and fat.
