Description
Festive no-bake truffles made from Oreo cookies and cream cheese, coated in green candy melts with a playful drizzle.

- 1 package (about 14.3 oz / 405 g) Oreo cookies (regular)
- 8 oz (226 g) cream cheese, softened
- 12–16 oz green candy melts (amount depends on coating thickness)
- 2–3 oz red candy melts (for drizzle)
- Confectioners’ sugar for dusting (optional)
- Chocolate sprinkles (for decoration, optional)
Instructions
- Crush the Oreo cookies in a food processor until fine crumbs.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the crumbs with the softened cream cheese and mix until well blended.
- Scoop and roll the mixture into small 1-inch balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate for about 30 minutes to firm up.
- Melt the green candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth.
- Dip each truffle into the melted green candy, allowing excess to drip off, and return to the baking sheet.
- Melt the red candy melts and drizzle it over the truffles.
- Optionally, dust with confectioners’ sugar and garnish with chocolate sprinkles.
- Let the truffles set at room temperature, or refrigerate briefly until fully hardened before serving.
Notes
For a dairy-free/vegan version, use vegan sandwich cookies and cream cheese; swap candy melts for vegan chocolate coating.
