Description

Festive no-bake truffles made from Oreo cookies and cream cheese, coated in green candy melts with a playful drizzle.


Ingredients

  • 1 package (about 14.3 oz / 405 g) Oreo cookies (regular)
  • 8 oz (226 g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1216 oz green candy melts (amount depends on coating thickness)
  • 23 oz red candy melts (for drizzle)
  • Confectioners’ sugar for dusting (optional)
  • Chocolate sprinkles (for decoration, optional)

Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreo cookies in a food processor until fine crumbs.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the crumbs with the softened cream cheese and mix until well blended.
  3. Scoop and roll the mixture into small 1-inch balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes to firm up.
  5. Melt the green candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth.
  6. Dip each truffle into the melted green candy, allowing excess to drip off, and return to the baking sheet.
  7. Melt the red candy melts and drizzle it over the truffles.
  8. Optionally, dust with confectioners’ sugar and garnish with chocolate sprinkles.
  9. Let the truffles set at room temperature, or refrigerate briefly until fully hardened before serving.

Notes

For a dairy-free/vegan version, use vegan sandwich cookies and cream cheese; swap candy melts for vegan chocolate coating.
