- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries (blueberries, strawberries, and raspberries)
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
- 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional for sweetness)
Instructions
- Prepare the Ingredients: Wash the spinach thoroughly and slice the banana.
- Add to Blender: In a blender, combine the spinach, banana, frozen mixed berries, almond milk, and chia seeds.
- Blend: Blend on high speed until smooth, about 30-60 seconds. If the mixture is too thick, add more almond milk a little at a time.
- Taste & Sweeten: Taste the smoothie; if you prefer it sweeter, add honey or maple syrup and blend again.
- Serve Immediately: Pour into glasses and enjoy!
