These Healthy Twix Bars are a nutritious twist on the classic candy, featuring a chewy almond-butter base topped with silky dark chocolate.
Ingredients

- 1 cup almond butter
- 1/2 cup maple syrup or honey
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips (60–72% cacao recommended)
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond butter, maple syrup (or honey), coconut flour, and salt until well mixed.
- Line a small baking dish with parchment paper and press the mixture firmly into the dish to form the base layer.
- Melt the dark chocolate chips and coconut oil over low heat, stirring until smooth.
- Pour the melted chocolate over the almond butter layer and spread evenly.
- Freeze for at least 30 minutes until fully set.
- Lift the set slab out using the parchment paper, cut into bars, and enjoy.
Notes
For softer bars, refrigerate instead of freezing. Use a knife warmed under hot water for cleaner cuts.
