- 2 cups Graham Crackers, crushed
- 1 cup Chocolate Squares (approximately 170 g)
- 1 cup Mini Marshmallows
- 2 large Eggs (or flaxseed meal alternative)
- 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 2 cups Vegetable Oil (for frying)
- Pinch of sea salt (optional)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
- Finely chopped nuts (optional)
- Cocoa powder (optional)
Instructions
- Chop chocolate squares into small pieces and cut marshmallows if necessary.
- Pulse graham crackers in a food processor until fine crumbs form, then combine with flour.
- Beat eggs in one bowl and place graham crumbs in another for dredging.
- Shape graham/flour mixture into discs, add filling, and roll into balls.
- Dredge each ball in flour, dip in eggs, and coat with graham crumbs.
- Heat oil to 350°F (175°C) and fry bombs in batches for 6–8 minutes.
- Drain on paper towels and sprinkle with powdered sugar or sea salt before serving.
