- 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 0.5 cup butter or margarine, melted
- 1 (14 ounce) can EAGLE BRAND® Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 2 cups semisweet chocolate morsels
- 1.33 cups flaked coconut
- 1 cup chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts)
- 0.5 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions
- Gather all ingredients.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) or 325°F (165°C) for glass dishes. Coat a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined and press into the bottom of the baking dish.
- Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the crust.
- Sprinkle with chocolate morsels, coconut, and nuts.
- Press toppings down firmly with a fork.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes until lightly browned.
- Cool completely before cutting into 36 bars or diamond shapes.

Notes
For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate morsels. Store bars at room temperature for up to 5 days or refrigerate for up to 7 days. They can be frozen for up to 3 months.
