- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup milk of choice
- 1 small ripe banana
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- 2 tablespoons chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a ramekin.
- In a blender, combine the rolled oats, milk, banana, maple syrup, baking powder, vanilla, and salt. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared ramekin.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips on top, pressing some into the batter.
- Bake for 15 to 18 minutes until edges are golden and center is set.
- Let cool for 1 minute and enjoy warm.
Notes
For a dairy-free option, use plant milk. Adjust the chocolate quantity to lower sugar/fat.
