  • 1/2 cup (113 g) unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup (50 g) granulated sugar
  • 1 cup (about 240 g) caramel sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 cup (240 ml) heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup (60 g) powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Pretzel Crust: In a medium bowl, mix pretzel crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×9-inch baking dish.
  2. Layer the Caramel: Drizzle caramel sauce over the pretzel crust. Spread evenly and sprinkle sea salt on top.
  3. Make the Creamy Topping: Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla, whipping until stiff peaks form.
  4. Assemble the Bars: Spread the whipped cream over the caramel layer and smooth out the top.
  5. Chill: Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm.
  6. Slice and Serve: Cut into squares and serve chilled.
