Instructions
- Crush the pretzel sticks in a large bowl until they resemble coarse crumbs.
- Mix the crushed pretzels with melted butter and brown sugar until well combined.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a greased 9×9 inch pan.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, combine sweetened condensed milk and chocolate chips. Stir continuously until melted and smooth.
- Pour the chocolate mixture over the pretzel crust, spreading it evenly.
- Drizzle salted caramel over the chocolate layer and gently swirl with a knife for a marbled effect.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set completely.
- Cut into bars and sprinkle with sea salt right before serving.
