Instructions
- In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the pasta and milk to the pot, bringing it to a simmer.
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions, stirring often, until the pasta is al dente and the sauce has thickened (about 10 minutes).
- Stir in the Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
To prevent the pasta from sticking, stir periodically. Adjust sauce consistency by adding more milk if needed.
