Description

A refreshing beverage that combines ripe peaches, vanilla, and cream for a delightful summer drink.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 ripe peaches, peeled and pitted (about 2 to 2 1/4 cups chopped)
  • 3 cups cold water
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons granulated sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream or half-and-half
  • Ice cubes, for serving

Instructions

  1. Chill your blender jar and pitcher for 10 minutes.
  2. Add peaches, cold water, sugar, lime juice, and vanilla to the blender.
  3. Blend on high until smooth, about 30–45 seconds.
  4. Optionally, strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher.
  5. Fold in the heavy cream gently.
  6. Refrigerate for 15 to 30 minutes or serve immediately over ice.
  7. Stir before serving and adjust sweetness or acidity if needed.

Notes

For a vegan option, substitute heavy cream with coconut milk. For lower sugar, use honey or erythritol. Add vodka or rum for a boozy twist.
