A refreshing beverage that combines ripe peaches, vanilla, and cream for a delightful summer drink.
Ingredients

- 4 ripe peaches, peeled and pitted (about 2 to 2 1/4 cups chopped)
- 3 cups cold water
- 2 to 3 tablespoons granulated sugar (adjust to taste)
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup heavy cream or half-and-half
- Ice cubes, for serving
Instructions
- Chill your blender jar and pitcher for 10 minutes.
- Add peaches, cold water, sugar, lime juice, and vanilla to the blender.
- Blend on high until smooth, about 30–45 seconds.
- Optionally, strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher.
- Fold in the heavy cream gently.
- Refrigerate for 15 to 30 minutes or serve immediately over ice.
- Stir before serving and adjust sweetness or acidity if needed.
Notes
For a vegan option, substitute heavy cream with coconut milk. For lower sugar, use honey or erythritol. Add vodka or rum for a boozy twist.
