  • 1 box (15-count) mini phyllo shells
  • 4 oz (113 g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup red pepper jelly
  • Fresh thyme leaves or chopped green onion (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Arrange the mini phyllo shells on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  3. Using a teaspoon, fill each shell with about 1 teaspoon of softened cream cheese, leveling gently with the back of the spoon.
  4. Top each filled shell with about 1/2 teaspoon of red pepper jelly.
  5. Bake for 5–7 minutes, or until the shells are crisp and the cream cheese is warmed through. Watch closely as phyllo can brown quickly.
  6. Remove from the oven and immediately garnish with a few fresh thyme leaves or a sprinkle of chopped green onion, if using.
  7. Serve warm or at room temperature.
