- 3/4 cup whole milk
- 1/2 teaspoon mint extract
- 4 drops green food coloring
- Whipped cream (for topping)
- 1 maraschino cherry (for garnish)
Instructions
- Gather your ingredients and chill the glasses for an extra-thick presentation, if desired.
- In a blender, combine 2 cups of vanilla ice cream and 3/4 cup of whole milk.
- Blend until smooth and creamy, stopping to scrape down the sides if necessary.
- Add 1/2 teaspoon of mint extract and 4 drops of green food coloring to the blender.
- Blend again until fully combined and evenly colored. Taste and adjust mint extract if needed.
- Pour the shake into two glasses.
- Top each shake with a generous swirl of whipped cream.
- Place a maraschino cherry on top of each shake.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
