Delightful bite-sized cups filled with a warm blend of spinach and artichokes, perfect for any gathering.
Ingredients

- 10 oz package Frozen Spinach, thawed and drained very well
- 8 oz jar Artichoke Hearts, drained and finely chopped
- 1/3 cup Mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup Sour Cream
- 4 oz Cream Cheese, room temperature
- 12–14 Wonton Wrappers
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
- 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
- 3 cloves Fresh Garlic, minced
- Cooking Spray
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Gently press one wonton wrapper into each cup of a muffin tin. Lightly spray each with cooking spray and bake for 5 minutes.
- In a medium-sized bowl, combine all other ingredients: spinach, artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, sour cream, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and minced garlic. Mix until evenly combined, but be careful not to overmix.
- Scoop the spinach and artichoke mixture into each of the baked wontons, filling them generously.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the wontons are golden brown and crispy.
- Allow them to cool slightly before carefully removing from the muffin tin. Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
For best taste, serve fresh, but leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
