Scale
- 1 block cream cheese (8 oz), softened
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 package (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained

- Wrap the rolled log in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Slice the chilled log into half-inch rounds and place on a lined baking sheet.
- Brush the tops of the pinwheels with the beaten egg mixture.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until puffed and golden brown.
