Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries, frozen
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks, frozen
  • 1 banana (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt (nonfat or low-fat)
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the frozen strawberries, frozen pineapple, banana, orange juice, Greek yogurt, and honey if using.
  2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy, pausing to scrape down the sides if needed. If the smoothie is too thick, add 1–2 tablespoons of orange juice or water and blend again.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness with more honey or a splash more orange juice if desired.
  4. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

For a vegan version, replace Greek yogurt with unsweetened coconut yogurt and skip honey. If managing sugar intake, consider reducing honey and substituting orange juice with water or unsweetened almond milk.
